Pastor Harry Kuehl entered professional Christian ministry in 1980 and has been the Senior Pastor at The Church at Rancho Bernardo since 1990. He holds a Masters Degree in Divinity from Anderson University School of Theology as well as a Masters Degree in Religion from Warner Pacific College. He and his wife, Candace, have two children, Sarah and Tyler. His passion for the unchurched to become fully devoted followers of Christ is powerfully displayed in everything he does.
Jeanette Moffett is one of the founders of The Church at Rancho Bernardo, has served on staff since 1990, and currently serves in the role of Executive Pastor. Born and raised in Lancaster, California, Jeanette attended Azusa Pacific University and traveled and performed extensively with several professional singing groups for many years. She is a mother of two children, Noel and Grant, is married to Gerry, and has a tireless passion for taking care of God’s church.
Pam Ingold joined the staff of The Church at Rancho Bernardo in October, 1996. She was born and raised in Goshen, Indiana, and has a Biblical Counseling Degree from Masters Divinity School. Pam married Ken (the boy next door) in 1979, and they have two children, Steve and Brittany. She enjoys vacationing in the Arizona desert, a quiet evening watching an ocean sunset or a great meal surrounded by family and friends. Her passion is to help people experience emotional healing through the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
Ken Ingold joined the staff of The Church at Rancho Bernardo in July 1997. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Administration from Indiana University at South Bend and holds a Masters Degree in Pastoral Ministry from Western Conservative Baptist Seminary, Phoenix extension. He enjoys golf, basketball and gourmet cooking. Ken and his wife, Pam, have two children, Steve and Brittany.
Nate Tibbs began interning with The Church at Rancho Bernardo in 1998. He attended Berean Bible College majoring in Theology and Counseling and received his degree in June 2002. Nate’s vision for our High School Ministry is to see each student mature in his or her walk with Christ and come to a better understanding of the elements of worship. Nate wants to help them discover this by making church a fun place where they can meet other people and establish a community of unity. Other than students, Nate and his wife, Cady, enjoys any form of competition and a good movie.
Faye Bradley entered the Children’s Ministry at The Church at Rancho Bernardo in December 1997. A native Californian, Faye is a graduate of UCLA with over 15 years experience in Human Resources Management. She has a Masters Degree in Christian Education from Azusa Pacific's Graduate School of Theology. Faye and her husband, Don, have been married since 1977 and have two sons, Ryan and Shane. She is passionate about reaching each and every child with the love of God and making Sunday morning the best hour of each child’s week.
Gerry Moffett, Minister of Music and Arts, is one of the original founders of The Church at Rancho Bernardo. Gerry is a graduate of Azusa Pacific University and brings with him almost twenty years experience in the commercial music industry. Gerry is the former pitcher for the church softball team, but after several broken ribs, a broken elbow and a broken foot, Gerry decided to give up softball and move on to Flag Football. Well, that didn’t work out either. His blazing speed and cat-like reflexes proved to be too intimidating for the other players to cope with. He now anchors a lawn bowling team at the RB recreation center. He is married to Jeanette and they have two children, Noel and Grant.
In November 2006, Bob Meissner joined the staff of The Church at Rancho Bernardo. He holds a Master of Divinity and Master of Arts in Religion from Westminster Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts from Point Loma Nazarene University. He and his wife, Susan, a novelist, were married in 1980 and have four children, Stephanie, Josh, Justin, and Eric. Bob is also a Chaplain in the Air Force Reserves and serves regularly, ministering to the needs of our service members and their families. His passion is for people to be the hands and feet of Jesus, ministering to those in need in the body of Christ and in the community.
In 2005, Kris Rolfson became the Youth Pastor of MPulse. He is married to his High School sweetheart, Christie, and they have two children, Stephanie and Christopher. After receiving a strong calling from the Lord, Kris has taken steps to follow God’s plan for his life. Kris has been a youth leader for over 4 years, loves substitute teaching in PUSD, is finishing his California Teaching Credential, mentors middle school students, and loves spending time with his family and new friends. His vision is to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs of the students at The Church at Rancho Bernardo and the community.
Bill Besalski earned a degree in Finance from Miami University and finished his post graduate work at Case Western Reserve. He joined The Church at Rancho Bernardo in 2005, after spending 25 years in leadership positions in the insurance industry. In addition to being a former member of the Board of Directors with The Church at Rancho Bernardo, he and his wife, Debbie, have hosted small group Bible studies in their home for the past seven years. They love the church and feel it has been instrumental in helping them form a deeper and more personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
 Rick Scott joined the CRB staff in July 2008. He is a graduate of Ohio State University and brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate development industry leading people and managing projects. Rick has been actively involved in numerous ministries at CRB for many years, and particularly enjoys teaching God’s liberating truth and sharing the love of Christ with the community. His passion is to encourage and lead people to exercise their faith outside the walls of the church, locally or internationally. Rick and his wife, Martie, have three grown children who are now out of the house - but their two dogs are happy to soak up all the attention from mom and dad!
