Join us at Villa Rancho Bernardo
Convalescent Home for a variety of projects including Saturday morning Coffee Socials, Tuesday morning Bible studies and ongoing special events and parties.. A CRB volunteer hostess will introduce you to
some very interesting seniors who are grateful for a chance to visit
with new people and children. The goal of the CRB Adopt-A-Senior
program is to unite members of our church family with seniors to
fulfill their lives through Christian fellowship. The commitment
level is whatever works for you. Some people come every Saturday,
some once a month, some twice a week. It's flexible! The residents
are ALWAYS happy to see you!

AWANA
A ges 3 years through 6th grade. AWANA is an international sponsor of youth clubs with a Biblical message. The focus of our AWANA program is to reach each of our clubbers with the Gospel of Christ and teach them to serve Christ. the road to recovery. Through meaningful relationships and Biblical
principles, you can discover positive accountability, both in your
recovery and your relationship with God. This group meets weekly
and provides a safe place for you to share your experiences, strengths

Defense Ministry
CRB’s Self Defense Ministry offers ongoing FREE Self Defense classes on Tuesday evenings, 6:30-7:30pm and Saturday mornings, 9-10am. These traditional Tang Soo Do classes are taught by two third-degree black belts with more than 40 years combined experience. Interested students must be 8 or older, motivated to learn and have fun, and must be in good physical and mental health. Instructors reserve the right to determine the fulfillment of these requirements. Bring your whole family for some friendship, healthy exercise and fun while learning fundamental martial arts techniques in a safe and respectful non-violent atmosphere.
