Two conference choices... #1 November 14-16 or #2 November 21-23

Registering for Conference (must be done via phone to obtain group rate)
Call 1-800-358-6329 and use our CRB group number (#11500) to obtain the group rate (this saves each couple $80). Let them know which conference you wish to attend. Deadlines: For conference #1, November 4; Conference #2, November 11.

Conference Cost: Group Rate: $178/Couple, Regular Rate: $258/couple. Everyone who registers at least 10 days prior to the conference they plan to attend and uses our group number gets the group rate. 

Reminder, after registering for the conference, you must also call the Hotel to make that reservation if you are going to stay at the hotel.

November 14-16 The Westin San Diego, 619.239.4500.  Mention this conference to receive the reduced rate of $149/night plus tax.  Deadline to get this rate is 10/24/2008, or earlier if all of the set aside rooms are taken.  These have always sold out prior to the deadline, and the normal rate is almost double, so make this reservation now. This cost is in addition to the conference cost, and the reservations must be made separately from the conference. 

November 21-23 Hyatt Regency La Jolla  888.421.1442.  Mention this conference to receive the reduced rate of $133/night plus tax.  Deadline to get this rate is 11/7/2008, or earlier if all of the set aside rooms are taken. These have always sold out prior to the deadline, and the normal rate is almost double, so make this reservation now. This cost is in addition to the conference cost, and the reservations must be made separately from the conference.

Program Schedule: Registration starts at 5pm on Friday evening and the program begins at 7pm. Saturday’s program is from 8:30-4:45pm, Saturday night is your own private date night, and Sunday’s program is 9am-12:30pm.

General Notes:
Meals are not included with the program, they are on your own.
You will be attending as a couple, not as a part of a group from CRB.  We will not be getting together as a CRB group.  This is your weekend. 
Last year’s event sold out 2 weeks prior to the Weekend.  If you are planning to attend, please sign up as soon as possible so as not to be put on a waiting list.
It is not mandatory to stay at the hotel, but it is recommended.
Please feel free to invite other couples who you feel would be interested in the Weekend.  They do not have to be members of CRB.  Attendees and our group rate are not limited to members of CRB.
