Following God
The Bible presents a dangerous message of what it means to follow God completely.
Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12:2
...and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness. Ephesians 4:24
At CRB, no matter where you are on your spiritual journey, you are expected to be moving out of your comfort zone and closer to being made into the complete image of Christ. This happens as we begin to value the things God values like intimacy with Him which comes by learning about Him, thinking about Him and talking to Him.
Following God is also lived out through authentic relationships where people don't have to fake their way through life but can truly find acceptance and friendship beyond casual "hi, how are you-I'm fine" relationships.
Lastly, following God is lived out in sacrificial living as we show our love to God by what we are willing to risk or sacrifice to have more of HIM.
