Help Welcome Home Missionaries
Our "home grown" missionaries to Indonesia, John & Stacy Dalton, will be coming to San Diego for a time of rest and regeneration from their service at Mission Aviation Fellowship. During this time, as a congregation, we would love to be able to provide some of their practical needs while they are here. They will be in San Diego March 26-July 28 but will be making short-term trips during this time. Their needs include a place to live or "house-sit" and a car (for driving around SD as well as some cross-country travel). Approximate times they'll physically be in SD, March 26-April 15, May 10-June 10 and July 10-28. If you can help, please contact June Peterson, | 858.592.2434 x316.

Love is Elementary
Assisting students in the classroom. If you can read this, thank a teacher. Or better yet, help a teacher! You may have heard that if a child isn't reading by the third grade, he will face a life of difficulty and disadvantage. With the growing pressure of budget constraints and larger class sizes, our teachers and students need your help more than ever. Several schools in the community have opened their doors to CRB and we have an opportunity to love the kids and the teachers by volunteering to tutor, read with, and encourage students. Showing love by reading to a child is a wonderful gift, but the bigger gift is in the love the child gives back to you. | 858.705.1717
Outreach to Abraxas HS
Tired of watching our kids fall through the cracks? Ready to help make a change? Help reach out to disadvantaged/homeless students at Abraxas High School who are striving for success despite the odds they’ve been dealt.
REVIVE!
The REVIVE! team takes on handy-work projects that include patching, repairing, painting, wallpapering, gardening, pest control, plumbing, electrical, and more. Are you skilled in a trade or simply love to do-it-yourself? If you are the hands-on type, this is an opportunity for you to be a part of more than just a fix it project. Help repair and restore lives. Interested in getting information on future projects? | 858.592.2434 x317

United We Serve - Firefighters and Police
Firefighters and law enforcement officers daily lay their lives on the line to assure our safety. CRB honors these dedicated servants throughout the year with a variety of encouraging activities including Cookie Patrol baked goods, detailing squad cars, special events and more.
United We Serve - Support Our Troops
Freedom is not free. The Grace of God is! Our armed forces diligently serve our country, including multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. CRB has informally “adopted” Marine helicopter squadron HMH-361. To show our gratitude for the selfless service of these soldiers and their families we help organize morale boosting events or provide care packages as tokens of gratitude. Let’s unite to serve those who serve us!
Online Missionary
Did you know over 2 million people a day search the internet for God, meaning, hope, and purpose? Utlizing online tools and training, CRB Online Missionaries reach the world from their own computer by responding to people who accept Christ or have questions. | 858.217.6320. Greatcommission2020 See in real time as people from around the world access their website to inquire about exploring who Jesus is, accept Jesus, or ask help to renew their faith. WhoIsJesusReally An evangelistic link which explains the gospel (in the person’s language of choice) and invites the inquirer to dialog with an online missionary via email.
Fostering Hope
Provide support and relief for foster families. The Bible tells us to love and care for orphans, widows and strangers. Children in foster care are the orphans of our society. Fostering Hope provides material needs and plans fun activities for foster kids and much needed respite opportunities for foster parents and staff. Your talent, energy and ideas are all needed to support our foster care community. A little bit of your time and simple acts of kindness can go a long way toward showing these kids that God loves them, and we love them too. | 858.592.2434 x324
Fair Trade
Change lives for the working poor around the world by shopping fair trade. TRADE as ONE connects Americans to local producers, helping to break the cycle of poverty and bring hope and restoration to some of the darkest corners of the world. Fair trade allows people to give unique, high-quality gifts to family and friends— while giving hope and income to the poor.
CRB supports many missionaries around the world with both financial and prayer assistance. Please keep these special servants of God in your prayers as they reach the world for Christ. Missionaries
