Arts Institute

The arts play an important role in the ministry here at The Church at Rancho Bernardo and the purpose behind the CRB Arts Institute is to teach and encourage each student through private or class instruction. Students, regardless of their level, are challenged to be all God created them to be in the following disciplines:

 Vocal Performance Series
Saturdays at The Cove. 11:30am-2:30pm, July 17-August 28. Concert on August 26 & 27, 7pm, $5.  Vocalist Amber Whitlock presents a six week series open to high school students, college students and adults.   You will learn to develop your own personal musical style, learn mic technique, performance skils, how to critique your own and other performances, build your repertoire, and make the jump to a higher professional level. Cost $150. Contact Amber at amberoni@robwhitlock.com.

 Guitar
Instructor: Mark Fulton
Amy Grant, Greg Allman, and Edgar Winter are just a few of the artists Mark has performed along side. Mark attended Belmont University in Nashville, where he studied Guitar and since that time he has been a highly regarded studio player in both Southern California and Nashville. He has always had a passion for God's church so leading the CRB Band is a natural fit for him and we're honored to have him here. His students appreciate his patience, sense of humor and humble spirit as well as his teaching ability.
