Outreach Coordinator

Part time 10-20 hours/weekly (Additional hours may be needed during special events).

Assist Director of Community Outreach and Missions with a variety of administrative duties. Desktop publishing (flyers, forms, etc), data entry, phone calls, email communication, managing missions photos, uploading to web, maintain inventory and ordering of mission supplies, manage and track invoices, maintain files, research. Interact with staff, ministry leaders, congregation and community organizations with a spirit of helpfulness and compassion. Assist with Be the Answer Kiosk maintenance including set up/tear down, flyers, signage, loading/unloading items from mission truck, occasional coverage of kiosk on weekends, etc.

Ideal candidate: Prior experience and/or volunteer activity in missions. Organized, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and follow through.  Able to manage project information and write creatively.  Proficient with Word, Outlook, Internet, Publisher, and familiar with Excel.
