Financial Counseling Ministry
We are pleased to offer the services of our CRB Financial Counseling Ministry. Through the efforts of trained counselors, who possess relevant marketplace experience, we introduce counselees to financial strategies that will bring peace and order to this area of their life, marriage, and/or family. Through this approach you will develop a strong foundation for managing the resources that have been entrusted to you.
The common themes we follow in this “God First” approach are as follows:
*There are two mistakes we can make when managing money: one is to ignore the importance of prudent oversight the other is to obsess over it. As Christians we should “gaze” at the challenges in our lives and keep our “focus” on God.
*It is never too late to address an adverse situation. The sooner one starts the more options that will be available and the less onerous the corrections.
*Financial independence occurs the moment we surrender this area of our life to God and begin exercising prudent principles. It doesn't take years of savings.
Through confidential sessions our counselors will walk alongside you and assist in assessing your current situation, developing modifications to existing spending and savings habits, preparing a budget that promotes financial health, and following up to assess the results.
